"Email's down and nobody can send quotes."
Usually a lapsed licence or a password reset gone wrong. Fixed remotely, most often inside the hour, then an alert set so it doesn't happen twice.
Brisbane in person. Australia-wide by remote.
So you can get on with running the business. For teams of 1 to 20. One monthly price, no lock-in, and a real person who knows your setup and picks up the phone.

We recover what we can, reset the rest, and put every login in a vault you own. Next time someone leaves, nothing leaves with them.
It probably was. We tidy it up, make it work on a phone, and add the bits that bring in work: a quote form, online booking, your Google reviews.
Everything here is in every plan, up to the hours included. Anything bigger is quoted in writing first, so your monthly bill is always the number you expected.

These are from the Australian government's Essential Eight list. They stop most of what actually hits small businesses, and they don't get in your staff's way. The rest of the list is there if your insurer or a big customer ever asks for it.
Per month, ex GST. Most IT companies won't put a number on their website. These are ours.
Essentials
$350/month
Up to 5 people, Brisbane
Team
$120/person/month
6 to 20 people, Brisbane
Remote
$250/month
Up to 3 people, anywhere in Australia. $450 for up to 8.
Hours are counted in 15-minute blocks and don't roll over. If you go past them, we tell you first and the rest is $150 an hour. Most businesses this size never get near the cap.
The things small businesses actually need done. Priced before we start, on a plan or not.
| Remote, business hours | $150/hr | 15-minute minimum, then 15-minute blocks |

Who you'll deal with
I spent the last decade keeping databases and servers running for banks, lenders and manufacturers, where an hour offline gets a call from a director. Small businesses have the same problems and usually get a worse response. That's the gap Viper IT is for.
When you call, you get me. I know your setup because I wrote it down. If I'm on site with someone else, you get a text with a time I'll call back, and I keep it.
Most people who call us do. Switching takes under two weeks, with no downtime. Here's what changes.
| Contract | 12 to 36 months | Month to month |
| Pricing | "Contact us" | On this page |
| Who answers | A ticket queue | William |
| Minimum size | 10 users | 1 user |
| Your passwords | In their system | In a vault you own |
| Leaving | Awkward | Handed over in a week |
Printed here so you can hold us to it. Monitoring runs around the clock. People answer 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
We tell you before it happens, not on the invoice. Anything past the cap is $150 an hour in 15-minute blocks, and only with your OK. If you're regularly over, we'll suggest a bigger plan or a prepaid block, whichever is cheaper for you.
Viper IT started in 2026. William has worked in enterprise IT for over ten years, most recently as a senior database engineer for finance and manufacturing clients. New business, not a new technician.
Viper IT is a one-person business and I'd rather say that than pretend otherwise. Planned leave is flagged at least two weeks ahead. Monitoring, patching and backups keep running on their own. If something critical happens while I'm away, the mobile still gets answered and I'll get you working again remotely. Routine requests wait until I'm back.
Yes, and for a lot of clients that's the first job. Most small-business sites were built once and never touched. We tidy the design, make it work on a phone, and add the things that actually bring in work: a quote form, online booking, your Google reviews. Then we keep the domain and certificate renewed and the site backed up.
No. Windows and Microsoft 365 are most common, but Macs and Google Workspace are supported properly, not grudgingly.
An audit of every device, account and licence. Monitoring installed. Passwords moved to a vault. Multi-factor turned on everywhere. A backup restored for real. A document describing your whole setup, which you keep.
It's 30 minutes and a written page of findings. If your current setup is fine, the page says so and we tell you to stay put.
Thirty minutes, on the phone or at your office. You get a one-page written list of what's fine, what's risky and what it would cost to fix. Keep it even if you never call again.
